Spring-Actuated Brakes

 BXR_LE Models

This is the Spring-Actuated type brake which takes assumption that combining a special controller for controlling the electrical energy required for maintaining the electrical energy and the released state necessary for overcoming the spring pressing force in the initial releasing operation stage of the brake. Through this kind of design, it enabled the provision of various benefits such as energy-saving, long life time, low heat generation, high torque, and compactness achievement.

 BXW Models

A total of four types are available: three types with the same dimensions but different load torques and one type with specifications and dimensions matched to compact servo motors [ ]40, [ ]60, and [ ]80.Select the one that best matches your application and life cycle. All types satisfy the rated torque values from the initial use, so the customer does not need to break them in.

 BXR Models

Only two-thirds the thickness of our older models, they do away with projections that get in the way. These brakes are dedicated for holding and emergency braking while allowing for space-saving mountings.Their major point is the much lighter rotor, which successfully reduces racing wear dramatically. The lighter weight lowers the inertia, enabling their incorporation without degrading the response of servo motors.

 BXL Models

These are dry, spring-actuated brakes that are compact and dedicated for braking. They use a friction material with high wear resistance, stand up to long hours of use, have small torque fluctuations, and brake loads instantly even under abnormal circumstances. The effect of the rotor spring located on the outer periphery of the rotor reduces unpleasant high-frequency friction noise that occurs during braking. Braking is quiet.

 BXH Models

These are dry, spring-actuated brakes that are compact and dedicated for holding and emergency braking. They provide double the brake torque of BXL models of the same size. They naturally satisfy 100% of the rated torque values from the initial use, so the customer does not need to break them in.
